HOW TO FIND US!
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU GET HERE!
A BIT ABOUT US
We want to make your off-road experience a safe and memorable one. 6 clearly marked and graded tracks, office and first aid accommodation, toilets, on site mobile catering (Sundays only), certificated MX coaches to give advice and help when required, and a training facility for kids and newcomers – and that’s just for starters. If we get Planning Permission we hope to add a wash bay, proper changing facilities and showers and more.
ROBBIE ALLAN
Robbie Allan the man behind Tinto Park has been a motorcycle competitor each year since 1957, having rode Motocross, Grass tracks, Trials, Speedway, Hill Climbs, Road Racing including the TT and Manx Grand Prix and one of my most memorable events was the Dakar Rally in 2007. He has been involved with the organisation of some superb events through the years including Road Races at Crimond, Scottish and British Championships and World Motocross Grand Prix at Castle Park, Kilmartin, Argyll. He owned and ran the Scottish Motorcycle Show for 25 years and promoted Road Races and Supermoto at Ingliston, Edinburgh. He also ran the Motorsports Show at Lanark as well as many other events too numerous to mention and has served on Club Committees and the Scottish Auto Cycle Union and held a Federation of Motorcyclists Clerk of Course Certificate for Motocross.
Enough about him. How about YOU!!
To make your day enjoyable and safe we have devised a code of conduct for the venue and things such as riding around in the paddock, riding without proper clothing, boots, helmet and gloves are some of the things that could ruin your day if you had a fall, excessively noisy machines could ruin everybody’s day, so none of that will be allowed. This is all simple common sense and designed to make the venue THE BEST.
The future is exciting for us and for you. This venue will certainly take time to prepare so please be patient with us.
